INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS
Windscreen damage occurs on customer's vehicle
Customer walks into Suhas Windshield Medics and indicates an auto glass claim
Customer to provide Vehicle policy & related documents to the Admin Staff
Admin staff to verify documents for the next step. Upon completetion the Admin Staff will inform the Technician to proceed with the windscreen inspection and consultation with the customer
Picture is taken before & after as proof of replacement/repair of windscreen
Technician will consult customer on proper care for windscreen after the repair/replace
Once complete, Admin Staff will require Customer to sign on the claim form
Admin Staff will submit claim through Merimen System (Insurance Claim System) by adding the estimate value base on repair/replacement cost
Claim Processor will send a notification through the system for Suhas to accept the offer value
Suhas will get paid 2-3 weeks after accepting the offer
Claim Process Complete
